Trying out the new Omnimeat "Pork Strips" with this stir fried ginger spring onion dish!

The soft, juicy "pork strip" is quite realistic in texture and taste, goes perfectly with this dish.

Can't find the big pack from vegetarian supplier at the moment, so can only buy the small pack from Village Grocer at RM 14 which is good for 1 cooking.
