This lasagna certainly has room for improvement. They took 30 minutes to serve it as the first one was burnt, while the second one was undercooked with a hard layer in between. This was actually from a month back, when they newly introduced it. Hopefully they have improved since!

Hi @FatJedi, thank you for your kind feedback to us. We are so sorry for the less than favourable experience you had encountered. The great news is, we have improved on the progression :) yet it is strongly recommended for early booking & ordering to save the waiting period. We used all natural ingredients in making lasagna, there is no artificial additives nor preservatives & it will take some time on defrost.
