Note: whoever plans to eat here, clean your tongue! This restaurant strongly abides to using less oil (wow!), less sugar (nice!) and less salt (uh-oh). When they say less, they are not joking. First timers, be prepared. It is ok to ask for a salt shaker or soya sauce.
This warning needs to be highlighted well for this particular meal. :D
Whoever has eaten the REAL stonepot bibimbap at korean restaurant, this is a really RAW version of that. Yes, this has a really hot stonepot as well (luckily they do, or this is going to be a rice salad), but the sauce is.... best way to describe it: like a vege vinaigrette. If you're expecting the strong flavoured sauce, forget it. Nothing like that. You may need a tad more salt to eat this.
But if you're used to eating mild-flavoured food, this bibimbap is refreshing to eat. It is like a cheer-me-up meal. Careful when you stir it. They filled it pretty full in the pot.
