Today I made smth diffrent. Cooking stir fried raw jackfruit. It actually taste so good. Never really tot u can cook jackfruit in a savoury manner with spices but this is so yummy. Goes well with rice or chappati. #homecooked #joeylnycooks #kindmeal #digiletsinspire

Nope I don't use soy sauce. I use spices only. Garam Masala , turmeric powder , chili powder , cumin and salt.

I normally cook at home with spices. Rarely with soy sauce.

Ahhaha Nope I am pure chinese but I have a lot of Indian frens. Indian food is so yummy. ESP northern Indian food.

It's not sweet as the ripen ones. It's savoury n texture like its like mushrooms. I use spices n chili so it's spicy for me. Can try it out.

Ooh, Malay restaurant has this dish? I hardly dine at Malay restaurant, only when during buka puasa might eat with my colleagues haha!
