Cooking eggs this way gives a very nice colourful look to it. However it's harder to cook the egg so have to adjust the fire properly so that the egg is thoroughly cooked but not burnt on the bottom.

Yeah but not too low coz its thick. Unless ur capsicum ring is much bigger than faster to cook coz bigger surface.
