Secret Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup low-fat soymilk (1 percent)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1/2 cup pineapple passion sorbet
  • 1 tablespoon soy protein powder (8 grams protein)
Directions
  1. Peel banana and place it in chunks in blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and blend until a smooth consistency.
