Like this delicious KindMoment!    
A good way to cut down on carbs with a plate full of veggies.

Saute some oyster mushrooms and add dashes of black pepper n salt for taste. Stir fried some vegetarian ham, pineapples and add some tomatoes in it. Eggs are optional.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper like a chef! Viola!
