Aglio e olio. I love it, my mom loves it and my sis loves it too! Hair-thin angel hair tossed in sufficient amount of olive oil with crispy garlic slices, dried chilli chunks and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. Great spicy and savoury experience. The salad comes in fresh greens with balsamic-like dressing and chopped macadamia, and it did a perfect job balancing up the heatiness from garlic.
