I always curious what those mock meats are made of. Their sashimi here, are made of konjac plant. You may read in details about konjac in the second photo. The salmon sashimi texture is a bit like eating fish cake, but it has no fish tastes at all. After adding the wasabi and soy sauce, it's like eating the real sashimi. But not when you eat it plain though hehe π
