This photo you see here is after I poured the hot espresso onto the pandan kaya ice-cream. The pandan kaya taste is very mild, so it might be covered up by the espresso. Suggests that you pour little bit at a time. The same biscotti bites are sprinkled on the ice-cream too. A very interesting Affogato.
