I think I might be a squirrel in my past life, cause I love pine nuts so much! 😍 Can't remember the name of this dish... But it was a very delicious HangZhou veggie with pine nuts, served cold. It is actually an appetizer dish, hence the portion is quite small. Btw, it's a bit similar to my favourite Spinach with Pine Nuts at Moussandra.

I just went to eat the Moussandra spinach with pine nuts last weekend lol! Super yummy! 😄
