Vegan matzo ball soup, available only at Sala KL, but this isn't a permanent item on the menu yet! A nice, hot, comforting bowl of clear soup filled with celery, carrots and other wholesome veggies, with two starchy creamy matzo flour balls to whet your appetite for more good things to eat. A good way to start a meal and celebrate the love and diversity in practice at Sala.

How do the matzo balls taste, what is inside?

It's a bland dough ball, kinda like tang yuen but with biscuit dough not glutinous rice dough. It's the soup that gives it its flavour.
