WongEeLynn   Jan 20th 2015 at 9:37AM   1   ▼ It was just a nugget-like thing with an almost jelly-like consistency. We think it's either tapioca or glutinous rice mixed with something else. Hard to explain. Kinda like savoury, white Nien Gao coated in breadcrumbs and fried. The centre has a stripe of yellow which tasted savoury and cheese-like but is of the same texture as the rest of the nien gao.
