Healthy and Nourishing Living can be quick and lazy😅

Simply make in bulk (say 30pcs),
Black Sesame Balls
(12sec blending + 15min hand rolling the balls) on a weekend.

Store them in fridge for 7 days.

Every morning, when rushing to work, pop 3-4balls as your breakfast.

It contains good fats from sesame, B complex from brown rice powder and minerals from medjool dates and lot more goodness!

I feel it's more Genki-boosting than muesli bars 🤣
