Dunk these crispy fries tempeh in the creamy and hot curry gravy 🥕🥔🍛😋

Ingredients:
[Curry]
1 white onion
2 garlic
1 potato
1 carrot
1 banana
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste

[Tempeh katsu]
1 piece fresh tempeh
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 -1/3 cup unsweetened plant based milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
pepper to taste
salt to taste
1/2 panko/bread crumbs
