I know it's too early to post this but I just can't wait. This is my very first attempt to make icebox cookies and it's 100% vegan!

Inspired by @cookingsee 's video which he shared how to make 4 types of cookies with 1 dough! Thanks for sharing the recipe, it was so cool!
