Sharing with you how to make Malaysia food - Pan Mee!🤩

Traditionally made with fresh egg noodles and anchovy-based broth. I have veganised it and it still tastes incredible! I hope you enjoy the recipe😘

Ingredients:
[Clear Broth]
1/4 cup dried soy beans, soaked overnight
1 piece dried kombu (about 10 x 10cm)
2 dried flower mushrooms
6 cups filtered water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

[Mushrooms]
4 dried flower mushrooms, rehydrate in hot water
2 cups hot water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white pepper

[Hand-torn noodles]
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup water (adjust accordingly)

[Fried shallot oil]
4-5 shallots, peeled & sliced thinly
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Other components:
- 1 stalk Hong Kong Choy Sum, chopped
- 1 slice tempeh, cut thinly
