Latest raw food creation - a beetroot gnocchi! Ingredients were basically organic beetroot, cashews, extra virgin cold pressed organic coconut oil and organic psyllium husk. Used yesterday''s papaya salad dressing and added on some daun pegaga and dehydrated cherry tomatoes. (this pix is just to practice my plating... I most probably ate 4-5 times of what''s in the photo, hehehe)
