Made these the other day and would love to teach you how to make Almond London Cookies for Chinese New Year!

These are healthy, yummy, raw versions which has no white flour, no refined sugar, no butter, and no eggs.

Instead, I've come up with a recipe that uses whole nuts, nut flour, hemp seeds, healthy fats, and whole fruits.

Raw Chef Yin has trained at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, the world's first classically structured raw and plant-based culinary school. Armed with some of the most innovative techniques on raw food preparation, she has conducted raw food demos & workshops across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang and Singapore.
