Yup, this is considered raw as it's only heated up to 45 degrees Celsius. I've developed a yummy batter made from nuts, seeds and vegetables and then coated bananas with it. In it goes into the dehydrator and with a bit of patience, you get your Not-Deep Fried Banana Fritters.
Perfect as a snack, no bad oils, nutrients are retained and totally guilt-free!
