Like this KindMoment to promote meat-free meals!    
Tried out @avantgardevegan's Curry Chickpea recipe!😋

Some minor tweaks included:
🔸used dried organic chickpeas from @a_bit_less which meant I had to soak them for a few hours first and cook them
🔸not using any oil, so I just water to cook the onion, garlic, chilli and ginger.
🔸instead of tomato puree, I used a whole tomato
🔸also added some goji berries, shiny bush leaves, marigold flowers from @tais_choice_kitchen delivered by@everleafstoremalaysia on top to make it look pretty.🌸

Loved the tip that @gazoakley gave which was to use coconut flour as a thickener. Mr Jazz Guitarist remarked that the curry was creamy and I told him it was coz I followed Gaz's advice on using coconut flour. Mine is the organic coconut flour from @bobsredmill Malaysia. Thanks Gaz!!
