I finally made VEGAN eggs!😲

Yes, no chickens were harmed in making these meal. What goes into these "hard-boiled eggs" then?

💚Vegan Egg-whites:
coconut milk
nutritional yeast
agar agar powder
kala namak (black salt)

💚Vegan Egg Yolks
potato
nutritional yeast
kala namak salt (black salt)
turmeric powder
garlic powder

After reading online and watching YouTube videos, I basically based it on the recipe by @jazzminkaita without the tofu. Check out her YouTube video on vegan ramen for the original recipe.

The texture was quite close to traditional eggs, but taste-wise it tasted like mashed potatoes... however I had some leftovers the next day and it did taste closer to an eggy taste overnight.

I'm really amazed how it looks so real though. I was almost afraid to post it up for the fear people might mistake this for real eggs. 😅
