I've been following for some time ever since I found out there's a organic raw, living foods cafe in Melbourne. I spotted this beautiful blue panna cotta recipe on Yoko's IG feed and immediately I wanted to make it.👩‍🍳

The texture turned out perfect! Just like the traditional panna cotta that I used to have more than 15 years ago when I wasn't vegan yet. Mr Jazz Guitarist and I were fighting over the last bit. You can check out the recipe at @inoue.yoko IG feed and I've posted it in the comments too.💙💙💙
