TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MOONCAKE (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin.
I first started making raw vegan mooncakes in 2016. My recipes have evolved quite a bit. If you Google, you’ll find one on @purelyb as well. I’m not quite sure why I’m always trying to develop new recipes. Am I afraid it’s not good enough? Am I worried about what people think of me? Am I scared of people saying it’s not authentic? Do I just want everyone to love my mooncakes?🤔
Anyways, this NEW one is really nice, especially if you’re a chocolate lover.🍫
I decided to go overboard with the chocolate theme.
💚Chocolate filling with cacao nibs
💚Chocolate “yolk” that melts in your mouth (at the right temperature, haha. The thing about raw vegan desserts is that at many times, it needs to be served at the right temperature)
This entire mooncake is made from scratch. No lard, no white flour, no preservatives, no pre-made fillings, no milk, no eggs. And made with love.👍
