POMELO & MANGO SALAD

I LOVE pomelo so when Melinda posted up her pomelo salad recipe, I knew I wanted to try it. I just used the ingredients that I had so here’s what ended up in my dressing:

DRESSING ingredients
~ chili flakes
~ grated young ginger
~ Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar by @straitswholefoods
~ Lemon juice
~ @mu.soysauce (the Gula Melaka edition)
~ @mu.soysauce organic tauchu
