Made spring rolls today, trying out a recipe by Edith Agoston in the PlantBased Bundle. I didn’t like the dip that much coz I prefer something with almonds and ginger and soy sauce so I added some thai chilli and some lacto-fermented brine so there was more spice and acidity. Then it tasted better 😀
