We are back at Daily Greens & Grains for lunch 👍

For all these reasons:
1. Food is delicious
2. Menu is varied, so many things to try
3. Vegan dishes are all labelled clearly with the letter V, and there’s lot and lots of vegan options
4. They don’t use MSG
5. Yee & Leong and their staff are really friendly

This time we had:
1. 21-Wonders Superfood Lei Cha
2. Kung Po Tempeh (special request)
3. Fish head Mee Hoon (but used tempeh instead of mock fish)

So yummyyyyy!!!

Really happy that Daily Greens & Grains has introduced Lei Cha. We were wondering why they didn’t have it previously.

And it’s a 21-Wonders Superfood Lei Cha with 21 nutritious, healthy grains, seeds, vegetables, and nuts!

I’m super glad we asked if we could make a special request for tempeh instead of vege meat.
In Langkawi we ate at this vegetarian place that called their dish Kung Po but it didn’t taste like authentic Kung Po so I’m glad that Daily Greens has a very authentic tasting Kung Po dish. And we are both tempeh lovers so this was perfect for us.

We also got the Fish Head Mee Hoon which is something I used to love eating before I was vegan. Wow, I don’t think I’ve had this dish ever since I became vegan as I don’t really like having mock vegetarian fish. So we requested to use tempeh instead and it turned out great!

We also got to take home some organic bao to eat 😍
All vegan items are marked clearly and there’s sooo many to choose from.

Note their new opening hours. They are now open on Mondays and closed on Thursdays.

For Thursdays, they’re open if it’s a public holiday or 1st & 15th of the Chinese lunar calendar.
They’re open 9am-3pm and 5.30-9pm.
