Green coral lettuce๐Ÿฅฌ
Arugula
Sauerkraut
Kkakdugi - recipe from my Fun with Ferments eBook ๐Ÿ“–
Goji berries ๐Ÿ”ด
Sea spinach ๐ŸŒŠ
Mandarin orange ๐ŸŠ
Mini heirloom tomatoes ๐Ÿ…
Red cabbage
Avocado
Jackfruit
Mung bean sprouts
Brazil nut
Tempeh

๐Ÿฅ— DRESSING ๐Ÿฅ—
Todayโ€™s dressing was inspired by the Jalapeno French dressing recipe by @rawnattyn8 from his eBook โ€œDood Foodโ€ which has been part of previous bundles. ๐ŸŒŸ

I made a couple of adaptations to his recipe.
Hereโ€™s what I used for 2 portions: ๐Ÿ˜‹

๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 12 Mazafati dates ๐ŸŒด
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 green Thai birdโ€™s eye chillies ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
๐Ÿฅฌ 2 T brine from sauerkraut ๐Ÿฅ’
๐Ÿ‹ 2 T brine from my lacto-fermented belimbing buluh ๐ŸŒŸ
๐Ÿ’จ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
๐ŸŽ 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar ๐Ÿ
๐ŸŒป 4 tbsp sunflower seeds ๐ŸŒฐ
๐Ÿš 1 tbsp shio koji ๐Ÿš
๐Ÿ Pineapple soy sauce from @mu.soysauce ๐Ÿฅข
๐Ÿ’ง 2 cups water

I really liked this dressing.
