๐ฅ DRESSING ๐ฅ Todayโs dressing was inspired by the Jalapeno French dressing recipe by @rawnattyn8 from his eBook โDood Foodโ which has been part of previous bundles. ๐
I made a couple of adaptations to his recipe. Hereโs what I used for 2 portions: ๐
๐ถ๏ธ 12 Mazafati dates ๐ด ๐ฅ 2 green Thai birdโs eye chillies ๐ถ๏ธ ๐ฅฌ 2 T brine from sauerkraut ๐ฅ ๐ 2 T brine from my lacto-fermented belimbing buluh ๐ ๐จ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika ๐ถ๏ธ ๐ 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar ๐ ๐ป 4 tbsp sunflower seeds ๐ฐ ๐ 1 tbsp shio koji ๐ ๐ Pineapple soy sauce from @mu.soysauce ๐ฅข ๐ง 2 cups water
I really liked this dressing.
