Lunch for me is a giant salad with red oak lettuce, romaine lettuce, red cabbage, avocado, cherry tomatoes, mung bean sprouts, kimchi, mandarin oranges, LF belimbing buluh, seaweed, goji berries. Dressing is made with water, Mazafati dates, coriander, chives, asam keping, onion, walnuts, pine nuts and nutmeg powder.
For him: brown rice, purple sweet potato, red cabbage, raw vegan General Tss’s chkn, chickpeas and salad.
