CARROT BURGERS
300g/10.5oz Carrots 200g/7oz Tomatoes 50g/1.7oz Sweet onion 2 Cloves garlic 2 Medjoul dates 1Tbsp Chia seeds 2 Tbsp Psyllium husk 1 Tsp Smoked paprika 1 Tsp Rosemary (dried) 1 Tbsp Miso paste
Directions Process all ingredients in a food processor in a chunky consistency. Form the batter into patties. Dehydrate at 118F for about 4-8 hours, flipping the burgers halfway.
