Tried out the "VFC" (Vegetarian KFC) recipe from the YouTube link that was posted on Kindmeal. The batter is similar to the real thing -- crispy, salty and peels right off. Stays crisp even after leaving it to cool down. Tasty on its own or with some tomato ketchup. 😋

I wouldn't even know it's vegetarian. Do post pictures of the inside if you're going to make again 😁
