White Sugar / White Salt / White Flour
& other chemically produced artificial flavouring such as MSG, Kicap & Sauces which we believe negatively affect our overall health and well being. We purely stick to natural herbs & spices to make our food sihat & delicious.
Traditional Indian cooking fine tuned to perfection using the finest natural ingredients and cooked with lots of love by mothers, strictly forming to the Ssihat Philosophy.
