VFC Steak. Since VFC is the trend, there are many vege restaurants started to have VFC for their menu. And Xiao Ma (the boss of 智缘素) has modified the VFC recipe and come out with this VFC steak! The taste is different with the VFC we used to eat. .... Please forgive me I'm wordless to describe how amazing this steak is! haha

Ohmygod vegetarian steak! Now this is somewhat complete western experience that I've long missed since i turned vegetarian!
