Creamy hummus with Arab bread!

The falafel was amazing! Too bad they forgot to switch the tahini yogurt sauce to tahini sauce for me, so I let my friends have this dish.

Delicious Middle Eastern vegan food. So beautiful ❤

Totally love this Baba Ghanouj, didn't know it can taste so heavenly!

Mashed eggplant blended with tahina, olive oil and I think some vinegar and spices, this smooth creamy dish is perfect for dipping bread.

Did you know that the Arabic term means "pampered papa"? I definitely feel very pampered after eating this haha.

Will be back for more. Must definitely try this if you go there!

The biggest plate of parsley I've ever eaten. This Tabouleh doesn't have the strong taste of parsley as it is seamlessly blended with mint, onions, tomatoes etc, seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

Very refreshing dish that will get you appetized for more food to come!

Love it

Addicted to the rich, fragrant Turkish coffee, served in an elegant golden pot!

It's like a tiny cup of espresso though, so I can only slowwwwwwly sip and savor it, instead of gulping it down. There is some spice flavor to it, a bit like Masala.

Wish it was served in a bucket instead! After KindMeal discount, it's about RM7+, not bad a price.

We happened to be around Petaling Street area for a meeting so decided to try out Arabesque. I had messaged them earlier in the morning to find out if their vegetarian selections were egg-free and dairy-free and they told me that "You will find once you are handed the menu that each dish has a full discription under its name telling you all you need to know about it."

Also, when we got there I explained that I was vegan and would need to avoid any dishes that have eggs or milk or cream. They assured me that the Lentil Soup only had lentils and that the Chickpeas in Olive Oil and the Falafel wouldn't have anything that I don't eat.

Here's the description of the food from the menu:
Lentil Soup - A hearty lentil soup served with roasted bread and lemon slice. (I loved the roasted bread!!) RM10

Chickpeas in Olive Oil - Boiled chickpeas mixed with chopped parsley and tomato with garlic, cumin and sumac topped with olive oil. Comes with Arabic Bread. RM13

Falafel Platter - Falafel rings served with a side of sliced tomatoes, fresh mint, diced lemon bits, tahini sauce and Arabic Bread. RM26
You might want to check with the kitchen whether the tahini sauce contains yoghurt. There were 2 other falafel dishes that mentioned yoghurt but this one didn't so I chose this. But then after that I just avoided eating the tahini sauce coz the falafel was great on it's own.

Service was great - they were very friendly and came to check on us to see if everything was alright.

All-in-all, the food tasted great, service was excellent but the music was a bit loud. And I think I was in a bit of a food coma after that, coz I later remembered that falafel is deep fried. Now that I think about it, you might want to double check that they don't use eggs as a binder. I don't think they did as my skin didn't act up after eating it 🙂
