早起習慣
充足時間慢慢摸
早上煲了紅棗黃耆枸杞水，給老爺帶出門
再熬白蘿蔔昆布湯，準備下午吃麵湯
隨意搗鼓的純素蕎麥餅乾
試用空氣炸鍋代勞
那硬脆口感，只有年輕牙齒才解決得到😂
曾經流行的papa roti，做了個純素版
那頂部，是我每次最不滿意的地方
無法做到外面的口感
老爺告知香蕉已熟成
所以簡易的做了優格碗
基本食材🤭換湯不換藥
但還是百吃不膩
