Discovered this amazing vegan place Hijau on KindMeal! The food here is creative and beautifully-presented.
The most interesting one is Umami Bomb, which looks like oyster with caviar. Crunchy seaweed base, tempeh, mayo, cheese and pomegranate.
The chili lime ramen is very appetizing, cooked with red quinoa, minced meat and crispy tofu. The Salmon sando is served with toasted ciabatta and tomato soup, with very realistic-looking soft slices of salmon that are actually made of slow-boiled, smoked carrot slices! Paired with fragrant chai latte and fizzy peach "Thor".
