Secret Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut, grated and unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed, ground
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ (raw)
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup honey
  1. Mix it all together.
  2. Separate in half, place each piece on waxed paper, and shape into a one-inch thick roll.
  3. Wrap in the waxed paper and keep in the refrigerator.
  4. Cut off one-inch pieces as needed.
  5. Variation: Leave out the carob from half the recipe to have two different kinds.
