Squash Seeds With Chilli & Salt

Secret Ingredients
  • 1 butternut squash, seeds only
  • 1/2 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. Remove the seeds from the squash and remove the membrane from the seeds (this is by far the most time consuming bit!).
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the chilli, a pinch of sea salt and the squash seeds, then heat through and serve immediately.
