We had a great time at this floating market! And ate so much local snacks! There are steam sweet potatoes & singkong, fried banana topped with chocolate, tahu susu Lembang, and Kerak Telur. I like Kerak Telur and Tahu Susu Lembang the most! Kerak Telur we can choose either goose egg or chicken egg, we opted for goose egg. And it took quite some time to cook this local delicacies. Tahu Susu is so smooth and creamy! It's very different from the tofu we had here. Plus, it comes with this slight spicy black sauce, it just perfect! 😋
