Dandan Ramen 🍜
Am loving this ramen recipe I learned from Teacher Akiko Pape from @bentoyacooking on @veecoco_academy. So fun and interesting to make!
I made the sesame paste from scratch using black sesame seed, hence the broth is grey colour. The broth is sooo delicious 😋 that I can’t believe I made it 😂 I have also made chili oil (la-yu), noodle and dashi stock to complete the meal. So much work but so worth it 😚💕
