Sambal fried rice with hericium mushrooms satay 🍚🌶

Made this for lunch the other day and it was so satisfying. The fried rice was delicious, full of fragrant of spices and not greasy (my sister complained it is not enough greasy tho. “It’s fried rice mah”, she said 😒).

The satay 🍢 however, was not as good as expected. I need to work on the seasoning 🧂I guess I added to much of sugar, oops 😬

Anyway it was a satisfying meal and I enjoy it! 🤤
