I showed you 7 toppings you can make but you can make just 3-4 of them. Bibimbap literally means mixed rice, so just mix any side dishes with rice, sesame oil and gochujang and you'll have your bibimbap! 😋
- Cook the least flavour toppings first and cook your saucy topping at last to save you from washing the pan every time after you saute a topping. See the video for the best sequence.
- Use a ceramic bowl that is induction-cooker-friendly if you don't have a Korean earthware. They work similarly! Oil the bowl with sesame oil for the best flavour and to create a crispy bottom.
