I really enjoy making raw vegan cauliflower steaks even though my omni friends look at me in disdain and say that a cauliflower can never equal to a steak.

Shrugs. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️

If I go all holier-than-though and say “my cauliflower steak doesn’t harm animals, protects the planet and is better for your health” then I get labelled as a Judgemental Vegan.

Can’t win.

So hey, I’ll just share this luscious Gochujang Cauliflower Steak recipe in my latest standalone course - KIMCHI & More: A Raw Vegan Cooking Course.
