Gone are the days when raw vegan cakes were basically frozen cashew cream blocks.
These red velvet babies have a nice spongy texture that is much closer to traditional baked cakes. 🍰
Grated beetroot, zucchini and psyllium husk.
Made these for Mr Jazz Guitarist’s birthday and he’s a happy (grown-up) man. 🎂
