I had these during one of the many Korean Festivals held at One Utama. It's made with kimchi cabbage, some onion leaves & Korean batter & pan fried on the spot.
Pretty expensive, per piece for RM7.50. So... I went home & made a large stack myself & ate myself silly because my family were not fond of kimchi (& many of my favourite food. How can! I secretly suspect, I am being adopted! :P)
