My siblings are fond of Western style cooking especially fish & chips.
She's not cut out for cooking Western food but it's sure pure love, so home made food tasted different no matter where.
It's funny combo of vegan fish - the side are made of seaweeds, inside of tofu, beans. I topped it with some spicy Pinoy style chillies garlic sauce to add the kicking fiery spiciness to the otherwise bland piece of fish.
Instead of having rice, we had potatoes and some fresh plucked stir-fried pucuk ubi (cassava leaves) from the garden. A weird combo of Western & Asian traditional. But the taste actually compliment each other. Adapt to budget friendly & healthier meal :)
