Vegan Raspberry Cream Vanilla sponge cake!! I was so happy that it turned out sponge-y!! Because the previous sponge cakes I baked ended up uncooked and dense.
The fruits balanced out the sweetness of the dark chocolate Ganache. Vanilla, chocolate and raspberry can be tasted in every bite. The combination was just right.
My friends and siblings finally approved this as a cake. More improvements to do. :)
